Maurice Delaney established GDL International in June 1991 as "a Generic Drug Law" company for the purpose of assisting Veterinary Pharmaceutical companies in securing FDA approved sources of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients for Abbreviated New Animal Drug Applications and Approvals made possible under the Generic Drug Law.

We have over fifty years experience in the US Veterinary Pharmaceutical Market which includes all facets of the industry: Sourcing, Purchasing, Research & Development, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Approvals, Sales, and Marketing.

We work hand in hand with our Regulatory Consultants and we have experience as Authorized US Agents in filing and maintaining both (DMF) Human Drug Master Files and (VMF) Veterinary Master Files.

We also have experience as commissioned Sales and Regulatory Agents for foreign manufacturers of APIs and other Pharmaceutical Raw Materials.
